What we hold

Your email address, your shipping address, your order history, and — if you create an account — a hashed password. We never store card numbers or wallet keys. If you choose to provide them, we also store your business type and EIN or tax ID, along with your research-use confirmation.

Why we hold it

To take payment, ship your order, answer questions about it, and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Cookies

Two functional cookies: one identifies your cart, one identifies your session when signed in. Both are HTTP-only, and neither is used for tracking.

Deletion

Ask and we will delete your account and personal details, keeping only what tax and compliance rules require us to retain.
