What we hold

Your email address, your shipping address, your order history, and — if you create an account — a hashed password. We never store card numbers or wallet keys.

Why we hold it

To take payment, ship your order, answer questions about it, and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Cookies

Two functional cookies: one identifies your cart, one identifies your session when signed in. Both are HTTP-only, and neither is used for tracking.

Deletion

Ask and we will delete your account and personal details, keeping only what tax and compliance rules require us to retain.
