Passport duration and renewal
The Peptide Passport is a one-time membership, not a recurring subscription. It is active from the date it is issued and has no fixed expiry date. There are no automatic renewals or recurring Passport charges. It remains active until you cancel it, it is revoked under the Terms, or we can no longer make it available.
An active Passport makes one product claim available when it is issued and then every 30 days after a claim is made. A claim that is not used does not create an additional claim.
The 30-day Passport Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date your Passport is issued to request a full refund of the Passport purchase price and the separately itemized Blockchain Flywheel contribution, for any reason or no reason. No form or explanation is required.
Email contact@peptidezz.io or select “Request a refund” in your Passport portal. We process approved requests within five business days to the original payment method.
If you have already received a shipment under your Passport, the refund is the Passport purchase price and contribution less the published single-unit price of the item or items shipped. We will tell you the exact figure before processing the refund.
After 30 days
The Passport purchase price and contribution are non-refundable after day 30 except in the following circumstances. If we cannot supply a due allocation for 60 consecutive days, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund based on the unused value of your active Passport benefits.
If a change in your circumstances means we can no longer supply you, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund. You are never penalized for an eligibility outcome.
Returns for shipped research products
To protect product integrity, research products cannot be returned for resale after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a fulfillment issue, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order and lot numbers. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement, credit, or refund.
